I ordered from crane.com and I was kind of expecting the usual delivery guessing game, but nope, it showed up when they said it would. No chasing anyone, no random delay updates, no wondering where the package disappeared to. It was just easy, which is all I really wanted. Happy with the whole thing.

I ordered from crane.com and, to be honest, I wasn’t expecting much in terms of shipping speed. Now I kind of regret assuming it would take longer, because it showed up way faster than I had planned for.

The tracking came through quickly, and the package arrived a couple days earlier than I expected. The box was in good shape too, so there wasn’t any hassle or damage to deal with.
Overall, I’m really happy with the experience. Fast shipping makes a bigger difference than you think, and I only wish I hadn’t waited so long to order from them.

I ordered this from crane.com i’m happy with it! The quality feels really solid, and it looks like it’s going to hold up well over time. I did notice one small mark in the finish, but it’s not super noticeable and definitely not a dealbreaker for me. For the price, I feel like it was a great buy

They’ve got a nice selection of cards and there’s a ton to choose from. A few of the designs felt a bit too fancy-pants and stiff for my taste, like calm down, it’s just a card. But I still managed to find one I actually liked, so overall I’m happy with it

Crane.com was alright overall. I did manage to find a discount, but it wasn’t much of a deal. I reached out to crane.com customer service with a question about my order, and while they did eventually get back to me, it definitely took longer than I was expecting. They make it sound like support is quick and responsive, but that wasn’t really my experience.

To be fair, the reply was helpful once it finally came through, and the person was polite. I just didn’t love having to keep checking back and waiting around when I thought it would be handled sooner.
Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it also wasn’t exactly what was promised. crane.com was okay in the end, but if they’re going to talk up their service, faster replies would make a big difference

I ordered some personalized cards, and the name was printed correctly, but the spacing looked a bit off compared to the preview. It wasn’t a huge issue, just something I noticed right away.
The cards are still usable, and the paper feels nice. Shipping took about what I expected, but for the price, I was hoping the personalization would look around the same as the sample.
